"I have been trying to learn
how to golf for over 5 years now, and in that time have
spent thousands of dollars paying "pro's" for
lessons, and just couldn't get the hang of it! I thought
I was one of those that just shouldn't be golfing!
Paul makes the game seem easy! In just a few lessons
I am developing a repeatable swing I can count on in many
situations; off the tee, on the fairway, close to the green,
everywhere! If you are even thinking of learning to
golf, or you just need that little extra "something"
to help you post a better score, you simply MUST give Paul
a try!"
- E. Phillips, Columbus OH.
"I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to go
through your Golf Academy last fall. Even though I get private
lessons from you, I really enjoyed the back-to-basics approach
that you covered in your Academy. I tend to think too much
about what I am doing when I golf, but you simplified it!
I really enjoyed the camaraderie of my fellow students.
I like it so much that I want to go through the class in
the spring."
- K. Kramer, Hilliard, Ohio
"I would never hesitate for even one second to
recommend Paul as a golf teacher
..He has helped me
tremendously with just two lessons this year by helping
me to adjust and consistently follow my pre-shoot routine
and to help me with the mental/confidence side of the game.
I actually had an 85 at Blacklick (large course) and I have,
in the past, always been in the high 90s. If anyone
tells me they are considering taking up the game I always
tell them they should talk to Paul so they can start out
right which will result in their playing the game better
which will result in a love of the game. Out of all my fabulous
golf buddies I dont know of anyone who Paul has not
been able to help improve their golf game.
Paul works with your own personal swing and improves
it so you hit each shot consistantly the same. I write down
his golf tips and keep them in my bag for review."

"I just had to write to you because after attending
your golf school this fall, I was able to shoot a score
while playing in Florida recently which was nearly 20 strokes
lower than my average.
I believe that the methods I learned with your practical
and positive approach to golf instruction have made the
biggest difference in my game. I can now honestly say that
I am looking forward to this next golf season in Ohio with
enthusiasm.
With all of the variables that a person must take into
account when playing the game of golf, it's nice to know
that if you concentrate on just a few simple things, it
can make a world of difference! For that, Mr. Ellington,
I have only you to thank!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed the adult golf school given
by Paul Ellington, Jr. Paul and his fellow instructors made
learning easy and made this long time "golfer"
realize the numerous little things that can effect your
golf game.
The class camaraderie was very strong. No one was inhibited
by the different skill levels. I would highly recommend
this class for any golfer. Golf is now more enjoyable."
- R. Marshall
"I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for
making golf and learning golf fun. Your teaching style and
patience have allowed me to learn at my own pace. The improvement
over the years has been steady. It is great to look back
at where my game was when we started and see how far we
have come. I look forward to continuing the journey."

"Thanks to working with you for over ten years
now, I have a great story for you. My previously low score
before this year was 69, which I shot two> years ago at
Homestead Springs. On November 18th, 2007, myself and friend
went golfing at Upper Lansdowne and I shot a 63. It was
the most gratifying day I have ever had as a golfer. I was
so excited that I did not know what to do with myself and
still can't believe the round of golf I played that day.
I was thankful that I had a witness and a side bet as well.
I'm glad that we worked on my driving most of the year,
because that was the biggest reason for my score. I have
not been concerned with my iron play and stated to you several
times that if I could only get off the tee consistently,
I felt that I could score good. My tee shots allowed me
to score on this day. Any coarse that I can hit driver wedge
consistently, I will be able to score well.
Out of 14 tee shots I missed two fairways, but no more
than six feet off of the fairway which was a great feeling
and averaging 280 yards. I shot 32 on the front nine and
31 on the back nine. The other thing that was extremely
helpful with this round was my putting, I only had 25 putts
for the round and the hole seemed to as big as a 55 gallon
drum.
I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help
and patience while working with me over the years. I figure
if the pros need coaches, why wouldn't I need a coach as
well and I feel very lucky and appreciative in finding you.
Thank you, again."
